I've been going to this Lucky Brand store for seven years and realized tonight when I ran in at 9pm to do a return that it is overdue for the great review it deserves. The styles I like and sizes I need are always in stock and the staff is welcoming and attentive. Thank you!

I love this store and primarily due to the staff. They really go out of their way to help you find the perfect pair of jeans. They are more like consultants and all the other stores should follow their lead

I have had a couple really good experiences at the store, but my experience today was absolutely amazing. They were very attentive and very set on me finding the perfect pair. They not only were very helpful but Jean shopping is normally not a fun experience because it is difficult to find my size but they made it a completely different experience.10/10 would be my first choice for finding jeans.

Went searching for jeans at several different stores after my old favorite brand changed and stopped fitting properly. The staff at Lucky Brand Jeans was beyond helpful and so pleasant it made the whole experience amazing in my search, Stephanie asked me what styles I liked and what fit I liked and went above and beyond to bring me the jeans and swap any out that didn’t work. Another huge plus is their jeans fit and feel amazing! So soft and buttery and fit like a glove on my body! After going to so many stores their customer service and jeans definitely stand far above the others. Definitely my new favorite brand of jeans.

OK, so my wife was on a quest for jeans... We visited half a dozen stores in Town Center. Most of them would not even greet us or offer assistance, until we met Stephanie at Lucky Brand Jeans. You were the highlight of our day and solved my wife's problems. Now, she has a few perfect jeans for her! Thank you
